A New Life With God
We are on a pathway to Heaven when we
truly have God in our lives. Through the power of the Holy Spirit we can live
clean and obedient to God. He rewards us through blessings and we can walk and
talk with him.
2 Corinthians
5:17-21
Therefore if
any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to
himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not
imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of
reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did
beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. For
he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the
righteousness of God in him.
He tells us to be ambassadors for
him. We are to tell others of His glory! Once we have our sins forgiven and get
the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (Sanctification), that Spirit will guide us
on our path to righteousness. We can depend daily on that spirit to guide us
along our narrow path to Heaven.
John 14:14-18
If ye shall ask
any thing in my name, I will do it.
If ye love me, keep my commandments.And I will
pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide
with you for ever;
Even the Spirit
of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither
knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I
will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
Proverbs 16:3
